Gamma Phi Beta cultivates its members to excel in the classroom through:
study hall sessions, monetary rewards for superb grade point averages and reimbursements for tutoring expenses.

Psi Chapter bestows annual scholarships for members:
Dorothy Braly Scholarships are awarded to twelve recipients.
Linda Clark Anderson Scholarship is given to a senior.
Internationals Gamma Phi Beta awards a scholarship to one outstanding Psi member each year along with other scholarships.
